Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment or 50% of the treatment cost will be incurred. We may ring or text you as a reminder of your appointment if possible (however, this cannot be guaranteed).
Booking Information
Bookings can be made by credit card over the telephone.
Punctuality & Courtesy
As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated or suggest a re-booking. All times stated include preparation of room and client, i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of each treatment.
Mobile Phones
Please switch off mobile phones before & during your treatment session.
Courses
All treatments are available in a course of 6 – ‘BUY FIVE AND GET THE 6TH ONE FREE’.
Full payment on the first appointment. Courses must be completed within six months. Courses are not transferrable or refundable.
Consultation
We are aware that many of you may be confused as to which treatment best suits your specific requirement. Please arrive five minutes early for consultation.
Hygiene
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness, the local Environmental Health Officer approves all our sterilisation equipment. We only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available and are valid for up to six months from the date of purchase. They can be used for any beauty treatments or products. There is no cash redemption.
Payment
We accept most credit cards. All prices include value-added tax at the current rate.
Food
Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments.
Alcohol
Never consume alcohol before any treatment.
Medical Conditions
If you have any of the following, it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment:
• Pacemaker
• Heart Condition
• Diabetes
• Allergies
• Epilepsy
• Contact Lenses
• Pregnancy
• Metal Plates or Pins
• Coil.
Some electrical treatments are prohibited if any of the conditions apply to you.
Waxing
Do not have any heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, jacuzzi, workout or swim etc.) less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Avoid wearing ‘best’ underwear for a bikini wax.
